Always excellent and friendly staff. My dentist, Marius is so good, as are his assistants, and think could put the most nervous patient at their ease. He was there for me in an emergency today when he fixed an old crown that had suddenly come adrift the previous evening, and I’m due to go on holiday! I’m now planning on having it replaced when I return, and it’s going to be less expensive than I thought! Also a word about the Dental Hygiene team - again super, and with all the latest equipment. Excellent all round.

This was (besides an emergency appointment for an abcess a couple of years ago) my first dental experience in 25 years. I am so pleased I chose Hampshire dentists. All contact over phone, email and face to face has been not only great customer service, but warm and friendly also. Technology has come on in dentistry 10 fold since I last went, and made the appointment much quicker than imagined. After a scan and xray, I am now just awaiting a treatment plan so I can start the steps to getting my teeth in better shape. Thank you to Rob, the lovely dental nurse and receptionist.

Had a great service from Hampshire Dentists today, from the moment I walked in I had a really friendly welcome from the reception staff. The dentist who I had, Marius, was professional and helpful showing me my teeth and explaining what he was saying to his assistant. I have always used NHS dentists, but as i have just moved to Southampton and wanted to avoid long waiting lists, i tried this private dentist and I wont be going back, I definitely recommend and its definitely worth the higher price. Thank you for putting my mind at ease in what can be an axious atmosphere!

Rob and the team (including all the admin ladies!) were so wonderful from start to finish. Treatment was quick and pain free and they made my partner feel so at ease. They were honest and open throughout. He went from being a nervous patient who struggled with a checkup to having the final stages of implants with no sedation. Really competitive and reasonable pricing, outstanding after care and just an all round brilliant service. Everyone felt like friends to us after just the first visit. We were always made to feel welcome, and are sad to see an end to the regular visits although will absolutely be using rob and the team for routine care going forward. Thank you all! Just completed my first implant with Robin today - an excellent experience. I'm a bit of a nervous patient and the care taken to be "pain free" certainly worked. The result is just like having my own tooth back. Everyone who works there is very friendly & helpful.

Recently started using this dentist everything is amazing, from ringing up to book appointments with the ladies being so helpful, funny, charming and friendly, ( pay rise needed for the receptionist staff they that good). The dentists are very informative and precise in there details explaining what could happen to put you at ease. The best bit for me is there humour, you feel so relaxed and I feel I want to spend the day with them.

I have been a patient at Hampshire Dentists for a number of years now. The reception team always make you feel so welcome and my treatments with Robin and Marius have always been exceptional. I have recently had Invisalign treatment to straighten my smile and am delighted with my results. I can’t recommend Hampshire Dentists enough. Even my children look forward to visiting the dentist!

I have never been to such a kind, helpful and knowledgeable dentistry before. Not only was it pain free and anxiety free, I learned about my teeth as well. We have a plan going forward and it’s safe to say I will be coming back! Marius is by far the best dentist I have every come across! What a gem!

After my retainer broke down during my stay abroad in Southampton, I was quickly helped here. The next day I had an appointment and everything was repaired wonderfully. Everyone was super lovely. I have used this dental practice twice.The first time was when I broke my removable retainer. I phoned up upset and in a panick. The lady I spoke with on the phone was lovely and reassured me they would sort me out. She could tell how worried I was and fit me in for the following day.I saw Joanna who was excellent; she listened to everything I said and did a great job. She also filled in two chipped teeth that I wanted filling and did such a professional job! My retainer was ready to collect very quickly and I felt like a film star when I walked out with my full teeth!The second time I used this practice was when my permanent retainer needed fixing. It was fitted at my orthodontist. The dentist I saw did a fantastic job, and put the glue on in a way that covered the wire but so it didn't get in the way of my bite, as it did previously.I find all the staff very pleasant, friendly and professional and i wouldn't hesitate to reccommend them!Thank you.

I can't recommend Hampshire Dentists highly enough. Robin is a superstar. It's very reassuring to have such a capable dentist when you're sat in the chair. The dental nurses, hygienists and reception staff are all very friendy and professional. If you're looking for a new dentist, your search is over!

I have recently visited Hampshire dentists and couldn't be happier with the service in which I received. From the moment I walked into the reception I was made to feel totally welcome by the super friendly staff. I was booked in for a hygienist appointment as I had some stains i wanted to be removed. The whole service was so professional and I was taken through every step of the process so I was clear what was going on. I left with my teeth looking and feeling so much more clean!! Whilst at my appointment I asked about a filling that I wanted to be replaced from a silver one to a white one, I felt really confident to book in again so booked in for the following month to have the filling replaced. I am so glad I did!! The difference it has made to my smile and confidence is amazing!! Again the service and professionalism was second to none. I am so over the moon with both services provided that I have booked back in for more appointments. Highly recommended Hampshire dentists 🙂

I came to Hampshire Dentists as a nervous patient with bad previous experiences. Marius and the team were very gentle and explained the work well and I have finally got my teeth sorted. Would recommend them to anyone. You do get what you pay for and they are not cheap but very much worth it.

The Hampshire Dentists are a friendly, welcoming team. I have lost all my fear of “going to the dentist” after many years of painful dentistry elsewhere, my experience of being treated by Robin and Marius and his hygienists has given me confidence of having gentle pain free dental care. I have been going to this practice for seven years and I’m never anxious about another visit to these very professional experts who have looked after my teeth so well.

I don't often write reviews, however as a dentist was up there with one of my top fears, I am so pleased that this is no longer the case with the help of the Hampshire Dentists team.Where do I start? From my initial enquiry to my next day call back dealt with by Tracey, I instantly felt at ease. The reception team were very friendly and accomodating and full of smiles.Whilst I sat waiting for my first dental visit in over 10 years, the smallest of touches like the ambience of music for distraction and the personal welcome from Beccy who I believe is the Practice Manager continued to ease my nerves.I was welcomed by Robin and his nurse and had a full dental health check. He was very gentle with his approach and it was actually a very comfortable experience. I received a full breakdown & explanation (which was super thorough) of my dental health, followed by a full treatment plan and clear costings.Robin ensured that I understood the clinical 'jargon'.To cut it short, I can't wait to return so I can smile again, with confidence!Thank you team.

I was very nervous before this appointment. My daughter doesn’t like new places, being touched, loud noises and we had to fix her 🦷And what an amazing surprise it was!She laid down on me on big blue chair. Dentist did check up and explained to her everything. We’ve already practiced at home opening her mouth so she was ok with this. Emma hold the hand mirror for her so she could see everything in it. I covered her ears with my hands. Dr Marius did his magic with talking and drilling. Than a little bit of air blow and filling was in! My daughter was fascinated by the whole visit! When we left she said ‘Mummy I have the best Dentist ever! Can I have another hole! Please’. Well, the answer was NO but surely many more check-ups to come!!!Thank you so much Hampshire Dentists team!!!

The people here are absolutely amazing. I needed an emergency appointment to resolve an infection in my lower jawline and they were able to fit me in the same day despite me coming from another county. The orthodontist was clear and sensitive about the pain I was in and they issued anti-biotics to help start the resolution to the problem.

What can I say about Robin & his team at Hampshire Dentists except absolutely 5 star customer service!! Today I was feeling a bit anxious about my treatment needed to be done but firstly Becky & Nicky put my mind at rest made me cup tea, mentioned it to Robin who took me in to discuss further what we were doing. I had 3 hr appt booked with Robin but he just sat me down & explained everything and we rescheduled I was so happy and reassured. He did not worry about time I was booked with him totally amazing showing not only himself but his whole team care about us as patients. I’m so delighted to have them as my dentists who I was recommended to in first place.I must also mention Shannah, Natalie , Barbs abd Kasha all excellent and very professional too. Dr Robin has been my dentist for years now. He’s the best dentist I’ve been to. Always listens, and has a kind and gentle approach to dentistry. Been to some butchers in the past! I am currently having orthodontics and have just had an implant placed, which i was a bit nervous about having done, but Rob put me at ease. I can highly recommend Dr Robin and all of the team. It feels like coming to see friends rather than the dentist.

The best dentist. Have had some work done recently and it was completely painless. I feel so relaxed and at ease in there which is big for me as I’m not particularly a fan of the dentist. Everyone is so lovely and Marius is incredible (I’m sure they all are but have only had him). Highly recommend

This was my first time with Hampshire Dentists and it was an emergency appointment. I was assessed and given an appointment straight away. Fantastic service from all the team including the receptionist, dental nurses and Rob the dentist. The whole assessment and procedure was completely pain free despite being in a lot of pain before the appointment. Rob was incredibly gentle and explained everything as it happened. Definitely moving the whole family to this practice. Definitely 5/5

I have wanted to get my teeth straightened for over 10 years but I always felt I was too old as I’m no longer at school age and and was worried about the cost. I had a consultation about all the different options and went for the white fixed brace had it on for just under two years and am so happy with the results also had some composite bonding and was able to spread the cost. The whole team at hampshire dentists are lovely and very welcoming always friendly and make you feel at ease every visit. Very clean and professional I definitely recommend to anyone if you are thinking of getting anything done to your teeth I have recommended a few people now which are also so happy with their progress with braces! Thanks so much! Here are my results and before and afters! 🙂

I recently finished my brace journey with Andreea at Hampshire dentists. I started my journey in 2019 in preparation for my wedding in 2020 (which we ended up postponing for another year due to covid). Andreea was doing everything possible to ensure I had my perfect smile in time for my original wedding date, she has honestly given me my confidence back. I’ll actually be excited to look at our photos after the wedding now when it finally happens 😁 The receptionists are lovely and always willing to help, in fact everybody who I met at the practice was always lovely. If you’re considering getting braces as an adult, don’t think twice and definitely do it. It is SO worth it!!! Thanks for transforming my teeth to how I’d always dreamed of having them x

I developed tooth pain and because ofCOVID-19 my current dentist was only offering extractions, wouldn’t even see me to have a look at the tooth. I made an emergency appointment with this practice, at a friend’s recommendation. Marius took his time looking at the area causing pain, took x ray, asked about my symptoms. In the end I didn’t need treatment but was thoroughly reassured about what’s causing the pain. Great experience overall and not as expensive as some other places I rang!

Had an emergency appointment today after having months of pain with my tooth. I was so nervous but all of the staff were amazing! Especially the dentist, after having treatment I feel 100% better. Having avoided going to the dentist for the past 2 years and then making it one of my New Years resolutions, I was persuaded by the many recommendations of friends to book in with Robin Hanna. I made it just before the year ran out! And then wished I hadn’t waited so long, I was welcomed with a cup of tea (is this even allowed at the dentist?), smiling faces and kind words. Robin understood my anxiety and explained everything in a calm quiet way helping me to relax. I can honestly say that for the first time I did not find it stressful and was happy to return for 2 further visits - I feel he and his team have helped me overcome my fears and I cannot recommend them enough.

I was super nervous when I moved to Southampton and had to find a new dentist in a city where there are so many to choose from. I was really happy with the one that I had and had a few bad experiences in the past that made me very nervous every time I went for a check up and even more nervous if I had to have any work done. My first appointment with Dr Hanna I sat in the reception shaking a little as I was so nervous. As soon as I walked into his treatment room I was instantly put at ease by his huge smile and calming nature. He talked me through the whole examination and asked me so many more questions than the usual “how are your teeth” and also checked my jaw which I’ve never had at another check up. I’ve had one or two treatments with Dr Hanna and I can honestly say he goes ABOVE and BEYOND any other dentist to make sure you are comfortable and looked after (I think he genuinely cares that his patients are happy, pain free and gives them the best/suitable advice) instead of offering treatments to make money. It’s not only Dr Hanna that makes the practice what it is though as you are well looked after from the moment you step in thanks to the reception team and friendly dental nurses. I would highly recommend Dr Hanna but my husband is also a patient of the surgery with another dentist and is also super happy with the treatment he receives. Thank you Hampshire Dentists for being so awesome!!

I am very pleased with the result of my teeth.I had a brace fitted to straighten them, it was quite painful at times but very very worth it, i can now smile with confidence.Dr Hanna and his team are fantastic!!I will continue to use this dental practice and have even changed my son over to them.

Still loving my veneers and two years later they are still looking great. The best compliment I get is 'wow, you have such lovely teeth'...people are shocked when I tell them they aren't all natural 🙂 Thank you!!
