Virtual Smile Consultations

Self-isolating/social distancing doesn't have to mean you can't begin your smile journey.

We’re now offering complimentary Virtual Smile Consultations to anyone based in Hampshire for the following treatments;

Orthodontics – if you’d like to have straighter teeth
Dental Implants – for missing teeth/eating with comfort
Simle Improvements/Make Overs – for a general confidence boost
Denture Problems – options for loose/sore dentures
Limited Spaces available  until 30th May 2020.

Distanced. But still happy to help.

Seeing the Dentist couldn’t be easier…

We’re not going to lie, life is a little crazy right now. We’re really missing seeing all our patients in person.

We realise that for some people however, making  the first move to see the Dentist (in person) is a really big step. So whilst an face to face-consultation is the best option to give an accurate opinion, our complimentary Virtual Consultation will offer you a very chilled, accessible and hopefully easy first step . Perhaps something has been niggling for a while but you’ve never had or made the time before to visit the Dentist? Perhaps you’ve been nervous to take the first step to see a Dentist, or physically into a Surgery? (You’re not alone by the way). Or maybe you’ve been thinking about improving your smile but aren’y really sure what your options are? This is a gentle intro and we’ll make the rest of your journey as smooth and comfortable as possible.

The aim of this first step is therefore to give you a good understanding of all options available to you, the process itself, anticipated costs, feasibility and importantly, it should  allow you to get a feel for the type of Dentists we are – our values, our care and our attitude to you and your smile. We pride ourselves on being a friendly bunch – so if you’ve previously been scared of going to the Dentist – now is the perfect opportunity to meet the Dentist from the comfort or your own home. Grab a cuppa.

How do I know what treatment would work for me?

That’s what we’re here for.
We realise you may not be familiar with all of the procedures that us Dentists have to offer. From  extensive training and experience we know what tends to works best and what is safest for your smile and oral health long-term. We’ll do our best to keep it nice and simple, discussing through a range of options with you. No pressure, just options.

What we'll discuss

You’ll chat with Dr Robin Hanna, Principal Dentist.
He may ask you to smile for the (web) camera or send us a picture ahead of the call. There are obviously things which he won’t be able to see or know but you’ll be surprised how much we will.
He’ll look at what he can see of your smile, and will listen carefully to your requirements specifically about;
  • What you like
  • What you don’t like
  • Why would you like to change your smile (special event for example/to eat steak again)
  • Do you ever have pain or discomfort?
  • Questions or concerns
Based on the above Dr Hanna will:
  • 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐨𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐬𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
  • 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐠𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐚 𝐠𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐡 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞

Your Virtual Smile Consultation will last approximately 30 minutes

What do I need for the consultation?

We like to do our consultations by Zoom (password protected). However we can use Facetime or Whatsapp too. You can find these on your phone or by computer. If face to face isn’t your thing, we’re happy to chat by phone, but would request that you send a smiley picture to us in advance! We’ll discuss your preferred option when you book your slot (below).

How do I book?

So, if you’ve been considering dental or cosmetic treatments, now is the time to book your Virtual Smile Consultation with us at Hampshire Dentists. Please contact us on either 02380 335 155 or and we will be happy to schedule you in.
Please note that all advice and costs given are a rough estimate and will be subject to a full clinical consultation at the dental practice as some treatments may require procedures such as x-rays in order to determine whether a patient is suitable for treatment.
