Dental Implants
The ideal way for people in Southampton to replace their missing teeth or troublesome dentures!
Dental Implants are a great way for you to fill unsightly gaps and are a great and permanent alternative to partial dentures – without any of the clasps and metal work that come with a partial denture.
Attractive, healthy teeth play an important role in our general health and wellbeing. They help you look and feel confident, and let you be free to laugh with friends and family – anytime and anywhere.
The loss or damage of even a single tooth can have a considerable impact on everyday life and self-esteem. People lose their teeth for many reasons, sometimes due to an accident, illness or simply through poor health.

Replacing a single tooth, several teeth or a full set of missing teeth
Dental implants are now proven to be the most successful and beneficial way of replacing a single tooth, several teeth or a full set of missing teeth. They are strong, realistic and permanent, providing an improved appearance and the ability to eat what you want. A dental implant is a tiny titanium post that is gently placed into your mouth. Over time the bone grows around and bonds with the titanium to provide a secure base for a tooth, providing a strong, stable and durable false tooth root.
The latest techniques combined with modern materials mean we can provide replacements for missing teeth that look realistic and function well. We can use implants, bridgework, dentures or a combination of techniques to give you a smile that you can be proud of.

How long do dental implants last?
Implants have been reported to last over 40 years…. but inevitably it comes down to how well you maintain your oral hygiene. If you look after your teeth and keep up with your hygiene appointments at the practice, your implant will last you a very long time.
That all sounds great but how much does it cost?
Great question. We don’t want to sound evasive, but it’s hard to give an exact cost without seeing your mouth. There are many factors that can influence the type of treatment that you require, which is why we offer Complimentary Consultations. It gives us a chance to see your mouth and discuss your challenges and goals, plus you get to meet us and find out more about our team and our results.
